SmartLink 700 installer software provides easy access for installers to many tasks from initial control panel installation, storing and backing up installations, remote upload/download, remote maintenance and system diagnostics.
SmartLink700 is HKC's installer remote software. SmartLink700 is available on both Desktop and Smartphone App. The desktop software is available to download from the installer login area of this site, and Smartphone Apps are free and are available on both Android and iOS platforms.
This software enables full upload and download from all connected sites. In addition it can be used to remotely upgrade panel and detector software, carry out remote maintenance and diagnostics as well as being able to change detector settings.
Connectivity to panels can be performed locally via USB and Serial cables, or via the SecureComm Cloud which can be accessed using any of HKC's plug on SecureComm modules at the control panel.
