If the systems you install can connect via 4G, they will continue to operate across all major UK networks without interruption. However, any reliance on 2G/3G connectivity is at risk, particularly if accessed through multi-network roaming SIMs.
You will need to take steps to upgrade in order to maintain connection to these customer systems.
