SecureComm

SecureComm is HKC’s cloud based solution for our range of Alarm Control Panels. It allows end users complete remote control over their systems instantly, and for installers to support them with ease. The solution includes a “heartbeat” using IP and GPRS communications to notify in the event of a loss of communication.

Cloud-based Service

SecureComm is HKC’s cloud based solution for both installers and end users. It was developed to counteract problems caused by GSM blockers. The solution includes a “heartbeat” using GPRS/IP to notify in the event of a loss of communication.*

Connection to the SecureComm server can be achieved using a variety of communication modules – GSM/GPRS, Wi-Fi Card or LAN Card. Using the SecureComm server and SmartLink700, installers will be able to perform Up/Download over IP/GPRS and in addition will be able to carry out remote maintenance and adjustments to detection devices and control equipment.

*Communication is dependent on the GPRS network provider or the router installed.

The HKC App will allow end users full control of their security system including issuing commands and receiving notifications and alarm messages (text & audio) from the system.

The HKC SecureComm App allows complete control of the Intruder System from any location. Arm or Disarm, turn lights and heating on, or off, open gates or simply check the Event Log to see the alarm history. 

Once connected to the SecureComm Cloud the installer can carry out remote maintenance and change device settings without leaving the office.   

Our SecureComm Cloud is developed and managed in-house.  Connectivity is acheived by using any of HKC's IP Communicator Modules.  

HKC SecureComm2 Smartphone App

The HKC SecureComm2 Smartphone App allows end users full control of their security system allowing them to control their system and receive notifications and alarm messages from the system. The App allows full control of the HKC System from Arming and Disarming to receiving images and alerts from the site and the ability to control multiple functions such as lights, heating, CCTV and more. 

The App has changed how alarm owners manage and monitor their security systems today. It gives peace of mind and complete control from any location. Arm or Disarm your System, turn lights and heating on, open gates or simply check the log to see the event history.
